Coronavirus Procedures

Our team is working hard to keep our valued clients safe while managing their important real estate goals.

Like you, we are closely monitoring the coronavirus disease outbreak (COVID-19) pandemic and following the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control as well as the National Association of Realtors and we have implemented several safety procedures.

We have further embraced technology and as the demand for online services continues to increase, digital changes are making an impact on the real estate and title industries. This includes the notarizing process. Remote Online Notarization (RON) is quickly being approved by states throughout the country. This is an exciting new advancement that will eliminate some of the issues that could previously stop a closing in its track.

Through video consultations, electronic signatures, sanitizing procedures for home showings, virtual tours, and FaceTime showings, and so much more – our repertoire of ways to continue to offer excellent service and convenience to our customers has not stopped during these uncertain times and we will demonstrate care for the health and well-being of our clients, colleagues and the greater public welfare in reducing the risk of exposure to, and spread of, COVID-19.
