So, excited for my seller that this one was under contract quickly in just 6 days for full price! This wonderful Country Club home sits on a corner nestled under a variety of gorgeous Ponderosa Pine and Maple trees.
The death of her husband has been so traumatic and packing each box with memories of him has been so very sad. I knew them both very well and we had the pleasure of enjoying some wonderful dinners together outdoors on the patio in the great fall evenings in Flagstaff and he will be missed.
Remember, there will always be work but you are not guaranteed how much time you will have with family and friends so cherish them always! Take time to stay in contact not only with clients, but those you hold dear to your heart. I try to block out time every month on my schedule to do just that and it always is such a rewarding experience.
