Just notified that Kachina Village has increases coming up with the first one implemented on July 1, 2018! Here’s the email received from the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors:
If you are selling property in Kachina Village, please note that the KVID rate increase for sewer/water goes into effect July 1st. Make sure to share this information with your clients
Notice of Rate Increase – Kachina Village Improvement District
- • July 1st , 2018 – 20.59% increase in costs to customers
- • July 1st , 2019 – 14.00% increase in costs to customers
- • July 1st , 2020 – 12.05% increase in costs to customers
The Single Family Residential user’s monthly bill (combined water and sewer) will see the following approximate increases (assuming their• usage remains unchanged):
2,800 Gallons Monthly
- $60 per month currently
- $72 per month in 2018
- $81 per month in-2019
- $91 per month 2020
5,000 Gallons Monthly
- $78 per month currently
- $94 per month in 2018
- $106 per month in 2019
- $11 8 per month in 2020
