This month’s AR challenge was to express what I am doing new this quarter and last year I did my first video and it was the hardest thing I have ever done!
I have always tried to keep my name out there so others can find me and all my former clients will remember me which is why so much of my business is by referral.
I always stay in touch with my clients and one of my sweet elderly clients whom I visit often when he has his family in town really brought a “giggle” to my face when I got to see how he decorated his dining room. I just had to take a picture so I could share it and he was so proud that I wanted to share his “creative decorating” with my blog family. Here’s the picture and I hope it brings a smile to your face as well:
This quarter I started doing a lot more videos on Facebook LIVE and it really has been going well so far. I would highly recommend it as the video seems to be the newest – greatest – latest “in thing” to do! And, it isn’t the easiest thing to do so you just have to jump in and really keep practicing at it. So many videos you see of homes are all really the same and it looks like you will need to do a bit more creative thinking outside the box to really get your properties sold at top dollar and show folks what you are doing to stay on top of the market. At our luxury home tour this week, we had the highest attendance I have ever seen and it was because we decided to tour a home that isn’t even listed yet and still under construction. As a matter of fact, this home won the “Best of Tour” which was interesting because it was listed at only $899,900 and it was up against another home listed for $1,400,000!
