Tis the Season for a NEW Listing!

Sometimes, the “busy-ness” of the season isn’t noticed right away when you are working on a listing and here’s a great example of that I just HAD to share!

I have clients that I sold a home to that have to relocate and naturally, it happens this month! So, I get busy to get the listing going….here’s a quick sampling of the new listing photos:

It has gorgeous mountain views with just a “dusting” of snow! Perimeter fenced with a dog run and gated entry for a nice private 2.5 acre lot in a great rural neighborhood just minutes from the Flagstaff Mall and East Flagstaff.

The interior has been completely repainted and this wonderful NEW stained wood trim was added. It has NEW toilets in both bathrooms, NEW stove n the freshly painted kitchen and the three large wood storages convey with the property! AND,…the best news is….NO HOA and it’s priced affordably at $250,000!!

Now, what makes all this so “crazy” is during my breakfast meeting at Brandy’s Restaurant this morning with the MLS Committee, not only are the SELLERS having breakfast there as well, but also the excited agent looking to get inside FIRST.

So, does this mean if I would have slowed down and let both parties “know” my breakfast locale, they could have brought me the key for the lockbox as well as set up an appointment to get in first? Fa-La-La-La-La….
