We’ve all beeen there. You have your listing appointment and the house really is only 768 S/F, but sits on a wonderful lot with beautiful trees and in a quaint neighborhood. The renovationa are amazing on the inside, but due to a job transfer, the outside wasn’t able to be finished. The owner needs to make as much as possible on the sale – and to top it off – Christmas is just around the corner. YIKES!
So, I thought…Why not dress it up a bit for the holidays? But, then I decided to put both “dressed up for Christmas” and “dressed up without Christmas” pictures in the listing…
The outside is full of snow, so I decided to add a few pointsettas and a welcome snowman…
