A group of agents found that the Amberwood subdivision of homes had the highest inventory of luxury homes outside of a gated golf community. With such slim inventories throughout Flagstaff, we all got together and put our homes in this area on the Flagstaff luxury home tour which takes place each month.
It is organized with a tour of homes on paper along with survey sheets so agents can be brutally honest and provide a “heart – to – heart” with the opinions of the pros and cons of each house on the tour.
The first home starts everyone off with coffee and breakfast snacks which was my house which was nearly 5.000 S/F with an elevator. After everyone got their “instruction sheets” we grabbed those who had stayed longer and captured this group photo of the committed agents who take the extra time out of their busy real estate and family lives to take extra steps in getting their sellers homes sold.
Many carpool together to the other homes which I LOVE being able to have that few minutes to chat with each other along the way.
Being in Real Estate for so very many years, I can attest that nowadays we have to work alot harder to get our clients to the “finish line.”
I am happy to report my home now has an accepted contract!
