Because this month has been extremely busy with a closing every single week, I wanted to take a look at the overview from the MLS in Northern Arizona. Homes listed on Friday are under contract the very next day with a back-up close behind. All homes under $400K are really moving fast.
I recently had a couple of older clients tell me they wanted to sell their homes and I went straight to my buyer database and found buyers immediately. Unfortunately, they weren’t ready to move that fast because they are worried about moving in the snow! However, this is the first year I can remember December without snow! Yesterday, we actually tied a record from 1980 for the warmest day in December. Today is predicted to be another warm day in Flagstaff with no snow heading our way…
